THE SPOTTED TROTTER & AN AFTERNOON SNACK

We popped into the The Spotted Trotter Charcuterie for the first time yesterday and definitely should have done so sooner. The Chef was working the counter along with a friendly staff and there were lots of meaty things to choose from at great prices. I picked up a few different snacks in an effort to sample a variety of what they had to offer. The lamb merguez and salumi really stood out, packing lots of flavor, and I can’t wait to dig into the boudin and pork belly as well.
We took advantage of this bizarre warm weather and enjoyed the salty snacks with a little wine on the front porch. I’d like for the majority of my meals to be eaten alfresco and consist of little snacky things…
