COVETTING * SPARTAN

Occasionally I day-dream about owning a little shop where I could sell all the things I love. Spartan is just the kind of place my shop would aspire to be. Both modern and homey with a beautifully curated collection of textiles, ceramics, wood, and metals.  The color scheme a mix of both muted naturals and saturated brights. Spartan had so many beautiful things to touch and see.

There wasn’t much I didn’t want to buy at Spartan, but I settled for a tiny apothecary jar filled with green tipped matches, with the striking area perfectly placed on the bottom.
I’ll most likely regret not picking up the delicate ceramic spoons and the wooden boards. They carry one of my favorite jewelry designers, Lauren Wolf, among other bold jewelry collections and colorful soft scarves just out of my price range.
I feel like Atlanta is missing a little shop like this… Or maybe I just haven’t found it yet.
