PICKLED JALAPENOS

I had a few jalapeno peppers about to go soft so I decided to pickle them.
I snagged a recipe from David Lebovitz’s blog. I love his jalapeno pics.
We had a few people over after the soccer game Saturday for drinks and to grill out. I wanted to keep the menu simple since I knew I would be drinking beer early on in the day.
We had hebrew nationals wrapped in bacon and I put out a variety of toppings.
Coleslaw, pickled red onions, raw onion, fresh jalapeno, sauerkraut, and the pickled jalapenos. Quick and easy!
