A RELAXING FALL WEEKEND

This weekend we  packed up the pup, wine, some Spotted Trotter treats, and headed to North Georgia. The hike at Raven Cliff Falls is about 5 miles of scenic, easy terrain where Hendrix can run around freely and venture into the stream along the way. We stopped for a picnic, wine still chilled thanks to our swell bottle, and enjoyed our kimchee salami, cheese and apples. On the way home we couldn’t pass up Umaido in Suwanee for a bowl of ramen. It’s the closest I’ve found to Ippudo here in Atlanta and worth the drive. This was the first weekend in a while that we didn’t have anything going on. I’m spending Sunday catching up, having afternoon drinks, and loving the fall weather.

Looks and sounds wonderful! I’m gonna have to find one of the noodle joints here in Charlotte! Hendrix looks like doggie camouflage.
