Slice a large baker potato into wedges, and drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt. Next grill the potatoes until they become a little soft (maybe about 15 min on high heat). Lastly, and most importantly, toss them with herbs and salt. We did these with fresh parsley, chopped garlic, and salt and pepper. There are tons of other ways to do these, and don’t forget the sweet potatoes; we did those last week with a little sugar!
