ON THE BAR * CRANBERRY LIME SYRUP

Cranberry & Lime Simple Syrup…
In a medium pot combine 1 bag of fresh cranberries, zest of one lime (squeeze the rest), about 2 cups of water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar. Bring to a boil and when cranberries began to burst, reduce heat and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Strain and store up to two weeks.

*Add to Margaritas, Mojitos or with a little Vodka Soda
