ON THE BAR * VODKA TOMATOES

What you need:

carton of small cherry tomatoes
lemon vodka
tasty salt – I’m using truffle salt from Beautiful Briny Sea

Rinse your tomatoes and poke each one with a toothpick (or don’t)…
Toss the tomatoes in a bowl and fill with vodka.
Let them soak overnight or for just a few hours if you can’t wait.
Dip in salt and enjoy!
