Do you accept returns?
Unused items may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
Custom and personalized orders are final sale, but you will have the opportunity to approve a proof before going to production.

How Do You Ship?
Orders will ship USPS within 3-5 business days unless requested otherwise. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Personalized items usually ship within 2-3 weeks of order date. Custom Orders, specifically ceramics can take up to 9 weeks.
